PENALTIES AND SENTENCES ACT 1992 - SECT 28

A recognisance entered into under this division is terminated if the offender--

(a) appears at the time and place ordered under section 24(1)(a); or

(b) is called on under section 24(1)(b)(ii) or 26(1);

whichever is the first to happen.
