Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a court considers that it is appropriate that no punishment or only a nominal punishment should be imposed on an offender, the court may make an order under section 19.
(2) Despite subsection (1), a drug diversion court may make an order under section 19(1)(b) that includes a drug diversion condition if the matters mentioned in section 19(2A)(b) and (c) are satisfied.
