Effect if offender is detained on remand or imprisoned
161ZC Effect if offender is detained on remand or imprisoned
(1) This section applies if, while a control order is in force for an
offender, the offender is detained in custody on remand or is serving a term
of imprisonment.
(2) The control order is suspended for the period the
offender is detained or imprisoned.
