119 Termination of intensive correction order

An intensive correction order is terminated—

(a) at the end of its period; or

(b) if the offender is sentenced or further sentenced for the offence for which the order was made; or

(c) if the order is revoked under section 120 (1) ; or

(d) if the offender is committed to prison under section 127 (1) .
