PENALTIES AND SENTENCES ACT 1992 - SECT 118
Multiple offences
(1) If— (a) a court sentences an offender to 2 or more terms of imprisonment
at the same time; and
(b) the total period that the offender is sentenced to
serve is longer than 1 year;
the court must not make an intensive correction
order for any of the offences.
(2) If— (a) a court sentences an offender to
2 or more terms of imprisonment at the same time; and
(b) the total period
that the offender is sentenced to serve is not longer than 1 year;
the court
may make intensive correction orders for each of the offences.
(3) The court
may include the orders in a single form of order that specifies each offence
for which an intensive correction order is made.
