(e) must notify an authorised corrective services officer of every change of
the offender’s place of residence or employment within 2 business days after
the change happens; and
(f) must not leave or stay out of Queensland without
the permission of an authorised corrective services officer; and
(g) must
comply with every reasonable direction of an authorised corrective services
officer.
(2) The total number of hours stated in the order—
(a) must not be
more than 40; and
(b) subject to subsection (3) , must be performed within 1
year from the making of the order or another time allowed by the court.
(3)
If, during the period mentioned in subsection (2) (b) , the offender is
detained in custody on remand or is serving a term of imprisonment in a
corrective services facility—
(a) the graffiti removal order is suspended
for the period the offender is detained or imprisoned; and
(b) the period
mentioned in subsection (2) (b) is extended by the period the offender is
detained or imprisoned.
(4) A direction given under subsection (1) (d) (ii)
applies to all graffiti removal orders made for the offender by the same court
on the same day.
