Drilling water observation bores or water supply bores
979 Drilling water observation bores or water supply bores
(1) This section
applies if immediately before the commencement a person, other than a licensed
water bore driller, was drilling a water observation bore or water supply bore
under section 282.
(2) On the commencement, previous section 282 continues to
apply to the person until the water observation bore or water supply bore is
completed.
