962 Authority to prospect taken to be properly granted
(1) This section
applies to a 1923 Act ATP application mentioned in section 889.
(2) An
authority to prospect granted under chapter 2, part 1, division 2 before the
commencement is taken to be, and to have always been, validly granted as if
the closing time for the call for tenders for the authority was the day before
the authority was granted.
