938D Decommissioning wells and bores
(1) Until 1 July 2005, subsection (2)
applies to a well or bore mentioned in section 292 instead of
section 292(4)(a).
(2) The well or bore must be plugged and abandoned under
the 1923 Act, as the 1923 Act was immediately before the commencement of this
section.
