Requests for pipeline licences
938B Requests for pipeline licences
(1) This section applies for a request
mentioned in section 917 that has not been decided before the day the
Petroleum and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005 commences.
(2) On the day
that Act commences, the request is taken to be a request for a point-to-point
pipeline licence under this Act.
