862 Meters
(1) This section applies to a meter operated under the repealed
Act immediately before the commencement.
(2) Chapter 8, part 2, does not
apply to the meter until the later of following— (a) 6 months after the
commencement;
(b) if a regulation made within the 6 months prescribes a later
day—the later day.
(3) The later day must not be later than 1 year after
the commencement.
