858 Approved forms
(1) The chief executive may approve forms for use under a
provision of this Act other than a royalty provision.
(2) The chief inspector
may approve forms for use under chapters 7 to 10.
(3) The revenue
commissioner may approve forms for use under a royalty provision of this Act.
(4) A form may be approved for use under this Act that is combined with, or is
to be used together with, an approved form under another Act.
