Consequence of failure to comply with notice to lodge proposed later work program
80 Consequence of failure to comply with notice to lodge proposed later
work program
(1) If an authority to prospect holder does not comply with a
requirement under section 79(5) (a) , the authority is cancelled.
(2)
However, the cancellation does not take effect until the holder is given a
notice stating that the authority has been cancelled because of the operation
of subsection (1) .
