(1) If, under chapter 2 , a
petroleum tenure (the
"original tenure" ) is divided into other petroleum tenures (the
"new tenures" ), any noncompliance action started, or that could have been
taken, against the original tenure holder may be continued or started against
any holder of any of the new tenures.
(2) However, the procedure under
subdivision 4 for taking the noncompliance action must be followed.
