Power to require reasonable help
755 Power to require reasonable help
(1) The inspector or authorised officer
may require a person at the place or anywhere else, to give the inspector or
authorised officer reasonable help, including, for example, by producing a
document or giving information, to—
(a) exercise a power under this
division; or
(b) work out whether this Act is being complied with.
(2) When
making the requirement, the inspector or authorised officer must warn the
person it is an offence to fail to comply with the requirement unless the
person has a reasonable excuse.
