710 Membership of board
(1) A board of inquiry must consist of— (a) a
magistrate; and
(b) no more than 3 independent persons with appropriate
expert knowledge relevant to the prescribed incident the subject of the
inquiry.
(2) The Minister must appoint the members of the board of inquiry.
(3) The magistrate is chairperson of the board.
