Who is the operator of an operating plant
673 Who is the operator of an operating plant
(1) This section provides for
who is the
"operator" of an operating plant.
(2) For a coal mining-CSG operating plant,
the operator is the relevant site senior executive under the
Coal Mining Safety and Health Act .
(3) Otherwise, the operator is the person
who is responsible for managing and ensuring the safe operation of the plant.
