659 Application of pt 5
(1) This part applies to disputes between an
affected party for a meter and a service provider for the party about whether
the meter is accurate, within its tolerance for error.
(2) However, this part
does not apply to a dispute if a contract that binds the affected party and
the service provider provides for resolution of the dispute.
