624 Steps after making decision about approval
(1) If the chief inspector
issues a gas quality approval for supply by a person, the chief inspector must
give the person notice of the approval.
(2) The gas quality approval takes
effect when the notice is given.
(3) On refusal to issue a gas quality
approval, the holder must be given an information notice about the decision to
refuse.
