36 Right to tender
(1) An eligible person may, by a tender made under
section 37 , tender for a proposed authority to prospect the subject of a call
for tenders.
(2) However, the tender can not be made— (a) after the closing
time for the call; or
(b) for only part of the area of the proposed
authority.
