298 Description of petroleum leases for ch 3 and ch 15, pt 3

Despite schedule 2 , definitions
"block" and
"sub-block" and any provision of this chapter or chapter 15 , part 3 , a petroleum lease applied for or granted under this chapter may be described in metes and bounds.
