PETROLEUM AND GAS (PRODUCTION AND SAFETY) ACT 2004 - SECT 181

181 Additional condition of relevant petroleum tenure

If a condition is imposed on a data acquisition authority (the
"authority condition" ), it is a condition of the petroleum tenure to which the authority relates that the tenure holder must comply with the authority condition.

Chapter 5 also imposes mandatory conditions on data acquisition authorities. In particular, see chapter 2 , part 4 , chapter 5 , part 8 and the Common Provisions Act , chapter 3 , part 2 .
