Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The board may delegate its powers to--
(a) 1 or more members; or
(b) the chief executive or other appropriately qualified person in the department.
(2) However, the board may not delegate its power under this Act to decide to--
(a) refuse to license an applicant; or
(b) refuse to renew a renewable licence; or
(c) refuse to restore a renewable licence; or
(d) take disciplinary action under part 3, division 7; or
(e) change, impose or remove conditions on a licence.
