PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE ACT 2002 - SECT 45

45 Duration of licence

(1) A licence remains in force for the period stated in it.

(2) The period mentioned in subsection (1) must not be more than--

(a) for a provisional licence--1 year; or
(b) for any other licence--5 years.
