PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE ACT 2002 - SECT 44

(1) A licence must be in the approved form.

(2) The approved form must provide for--

(a) the licensee's name and address; and

(b) the expiry date of the licence; and

(c) the licence number; and

(d) the licence class; and

(e) any conditions attached to the licence.
