Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The board may issue a licence, including a provisional licence, on conditions the board considers necessary or desirable for the licensee to competently practise the trade.
(2) The board must not record details of the conditions in the register unless it reasonably believes it is in the interests of users of the licensee's services or the public to know the details.
