PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE ACT 2002 - SECT 33H

33H Return of identity card

A person who ceases to be an investigator must return the person's identity card to the chief executive within 21 days after ceasing to be an investigator unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty--25 penalty units.
