Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may, by written notice given to an applicant for registration, require the applicant to give the chief executive information or material the chief executive reasonably considers is needed to consider the applicant's application for the registration within a stated reasonable time.
(2) The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if the applicant fails to comply with the chief executive's requirement within the stated reasonable time.
