Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A del credere agent is exempt from chapter 12 in relation to a sale of livestock if, under a written agreement made before the sale or sales to which the agreement relates, the agent and the livestock's seller agree that the agent guarantees payment of the livestock's purchase price to the seller.

(2) Subsection (1) applies to a del credere agent--
(a) only in relation to the sale or sales to which the agreement relates; and
(b) only while the agreement is in force.
