PROPERTY AGENTS AND MOTOR DEALERS ACT 2000 - SECT 7

7 Exemption--pastoral houses

(1) A pastoral house is exempt from chapter 12 other than in relation to any sale of rural land or the auction of land that is not rural land.

(2) Subsection (1) applies subject to section 165(3).
