Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a licensee who performs an activity under the licensee's licence that the licensee is not authorised to perform because of a condition on the licensee's licence.
(2) The licensee is taken to be a person who acts as a licensee without a licence for the performance of the activity.
