PROPERTY AGENTS AND MOTOR DEALERS ACT 2000 - SECT 48A
48A Defence Housing Authority is eligible to obtain particular licences
The Defence Housing Authority is taken to be eligible to obtain the following
licences--
(a) resident letting agent's licence;
(b) real estate agent's
licence;
(c) auctioneer's licence;
(d) property developer's licence.
