Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Motor vehicle means a vehicle that moves on wheels and is propelled by a motor that forms part of the vehicle, whether or not the vehicle is capable of being operated or used in a normal way, and includes a caravan.
(2) Motor vehicle does not include--
(a) a hovercraft; or
(b) a vehicle designed for use exclusively in the mining industry; or
(c) a trailer, other than a caravan; or
(d) a tractor or farm machinery; or
(e) a vehicle designed for use exclusively on a railway or tramway.
