Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person is in charge of a licensee's business at a place where the licensee carries on business only if the person personally supervises, manages or controls the conduct of the licensee's business at the place.
(2) In this section--
licensee's business means the licensee's business carried on under the authority of the licensee's licence.
