Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA public assembly is an authorised public assembly if--
(a) notice of intention to hold the assembly has been given under section 8; and
(b) the notice complies with section 9; and
(c) the assembly is taken to have been approved under section 10.
