Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if an approved manager surrenders the manager's certificate or the Authority suspends or cancels the manager's certificate under this Act.
(2) The person to whom the certificate was granted must return the certificate to the Authority within 7 days after the person surrenders the certificate or becomes aware of the suspension or cancellation.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--10 penalty units.
