Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The only action the Authority may take solely on the ground that an approved manager has been charged with an offence is to suspend the manager's certificate.
(2) The Authority must immediately remove the suspension if--
(a) the charge is withdrawn; or
(b) the manager is not convicted of the offence.
(3) If a manager has surrendered the manager's certificate, the only action the Authority may take against the manager is to make an order under section 55(2)(h).
