Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Authority may conduct an inquiry (disciplinary inquiry) to decide whether there are grounds for taking disciplinary action against an approved manager.
(2) For subsection (1), the Authority may act on its own initiative, or on the application of the commissioner or an authorised officer of a relevant local government.
