Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA certificate is automatically cancelled if the approved manager--
(a) is convicted of--
(i) a disqualifying offence; or
(ii) an offence against the Criminal Code, chapter 22A, (other than section 229M); or
(iii) an offence of giving false or misleading information or documents under this Act; or
(b) becomes an insolvent under administration.
