Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if an approved manager of a licensed brothel or the brothel's licensee becomes aware of a change in the information given at any time by the manager or the licensee for the application for a certificate.
(2) The approved manager or the licensee must, within 10 days after becoming aware of the change, give particulars of the change to the Authority by signed notice.
