Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a licensee surrenders the licensee's licence or the Authority suspends or cancels a licensee's licence under this Act.
(2) The person to whom the licence was granted must return the licence to the Authority within 7 days after the person surrenders the licence or becomes aware of the suspension or cancellation.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--10 penalty units.
