Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Authority may conduct an inquiry (disciplinary inquiry) to decide whether there are grounds for taking disciplinary action against a licensee.
(2) For subsection (1), the Authority may act on its own initiative, or on the application of the commissioner or an authorised officer of a relevant local government.
