Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a licensee becomes aware of a change in the information given at any time by the licensee for the application for the licence.
(2) The licensee must, within 10 days after becoming aware of the change, give particulars of the change to the Authority by signed notice.

Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--60 penalty units.
