Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Parts 1 and 2 and part 7, divisions 1 and 2 and schedule 4 commence on assent.
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
(3) However, if a provision of this Act has not commenced before 1 July 2000, it commences on 1 July 2000.
