Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If any change happens in relation to the registered particulars of an incorporated limited partnership, a statement setting out the changed particulars must be given to the chief executive within 7 days after the change happens.
(2) The statement must be signed by all the general partners, or by a general partner authorised by all the general partners for this section.
(3) The statement must--
(a) be in the approved form; and
(b) contain any particulars required under a regulation; and
(c) be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(4) If subsection (1) is not complied with, each general partner in the incorporated limited partnership commits an offence.
Maximum penalty for subsection (4)--10 penalty units.
