Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A limited partnership must keep in Queensland at the place shown in the register as the address of the registered office of the partnership an office to which all communications with the firm may be addressed.
(2) In the event of default in complying with subsection (1), each general partner in the limited partnership concerned commits an offence against this Act.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--20 penalty units.
