(1) For the application of the Financial Accountability Act 2009, section 63to the office, the appropriate Minister is the Minister for the time being
administering this section.
(2) When, under the
Financial Accountability Act 2009, section 63, the ombudsman gives the
appropriate Minister a written report and a copy of the report to the
Treasurer, the ombudsman must also give a copy of the report to the Speaker
and the parliamentary committee.
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) do not limit any
other provision of this Act under which the ombudsman may make a report.
