OMBUDSMAN ACT 2001 - SECT 77

77 Secondment as officer of ombudsman

(1) A public service officer may be seconded to the ombudsman office.

(2) While seconded under this section--

(a) the person is taken to be an officer of the ombudsman; and
(b) the Public Service Act 2008 does not apply to the person.
