Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The ombudsman may employ the officers the ombudsman considers necessary for staffing the ombudsman office.
(2) Officers are appointed under this Act and not the Public Service Act 2008.
(3) Subject to this Act, the conditions of service of officers of the ombudsman are those decided by the Governor in Council.
