OMBUDSMAN ACT 2001 - SECT 75

75 Officers not subject to outside direction

An officer of the ombudsman is not subject to direction by any person, other than from within the ombudsman office, about--

(a) the way the ombudsman's powers for investigations are to be exercised; or
(b) the priority given to investigations.
